We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getvibenova.shop and we'll make it right.

As our products are fulfilled through supplier partners, we'll review each return request individually and provide instructions from there — please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Received something damaged or defective? Just email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return necessary.
